My Story
Villa Azahar Seeks New Owners – A Place Full of Magic and History
I was created with immense love, dedication, and enthusiasm by two passionate young men. For two years, they meticulously planned my design, sketched hundreds of ideas, and searched for the perfect location. And they found it – a place that radiates love, peace, and magic!
Then, the exciting journey began: with the right architect, they built me using high quality construction methods – Bau Panel for excellent insulation, maximum earthquake safety, optimal fire protection, and premium quality glass. Additionally, I chose 16 concrete pillars to anchor me securely 9 meters deep – a great decision, if I may say so!
From the very beginning, they poured their hearts and attention to detail into my construction. Despite many challenges during the pandemic and some delays, the end result was impressive. The long building process was definitely worth it!
During construction, one of the guys infused my walls and spaces with a kind of magical energy and rituals. At first, the workers were skeptical, but soon they felt right at home. In my first year, I became a Bed & Breakfast, attracting travelers from around the world who shared their fascinating stories on my terrace. A writer even finished his book here – what an experience that was!
My six large, beautiful, and elegant rooms with private bathrooms and showers offered comfort to guests. I truly enjoyed this exciting period. However, over time, things quieted down as I found the perfect long-term tenants. They treated me like their own home and brought stability to my life. I could finally focus on my garden and surroundings.
But now, I sense that I have grown too big for my two creators. Unfortunately, they can't move in, as they live too far away. After years of turning down offers, I've finally convinced them to sell me. It's a real challenge, but now we are looking together for new, loving owners who will further improve me and unlock my full potential.
My lower floor, with 100 square meters of space for additional rooms, a spa, or even a home theater, is still waiting to be completed. I'm looking for someone who will appreciate me and share life with me.
